    Damon Pattison – Managing Director

    Managing Director, Damon Pattison, set up Lucky Day Productions in 2008. His past credits include ‘Noel’s House Party’ (BBC 1), ‘Who Wants To Be a Millionaire’ (ITV1) and ‘You Are What You Eat’ (C4). His experience ranges from big budget multi-camera live studio shows, to high volume daily stripped shows to single camera Factual Entertainment shows. Damon co-creates and Executive Produces all Lucky Day shows.

    Nikki Pinkus – Head of Development

    Nikki Pinkus joined Lucky Day when it first set up in 2008. As Head of Development she has created a range of successful Entertainment, Childrens' and Factual Entertainment series. Before specialising in Development, Nikki also worked in production at a number of independent companies and her credits range from 'The Hotel Inspector' and CBBC's 'Short Change', to reality shows such as 'The Salon' and 'Fame Academy'. Nikki is also an Executive Producer on Lucky Day shows.

    Kat Young – Production Manager

    Since beginning her career at Darlow Smithson in Factual Programming / Drama, Kat has also worked with companies such as Objective Productions and Endemol UK across a broad range of Entertainment and Development projects. She joined the Zodiak Media Group in 2008 as Company Production Manager for Diverse productions. Since then she has been responsible for a wide variety of Programmes within the group from BBC4’s ‘How to be a Composer’, CBBC’s ‘Election Special’, Discovery’s ‘Olympic Park Machines’, UKTV’s ‘A Nice Day for a Greek Wedding’ and more recently CBBC’s ‘Driving Academy’.

    Matt Floyd – Assistant Producer

    Matt joined Lucky Day in February 2009 after 3 years developing and working on Entertainment shows both in house at the BBC and in the indie sector. Since then, he’s created shows for Lucky Day as well as working in production on all its projects. Matt’s key credits include Eurovision: Your Country Needs You (BBC1), Mission Beach USA (BBC2), School of Silence (CBBC), Show Me the Monet (BBC2) and Love Shaft (E4).
